Investment Banking Associate/Sr Associate

As an Investment Banking Sr Associate/Associate at Indium Capital, you will be part of a Bangalore-based Investment Bank specializing in Healthcare and Digital/Technology sectors. Your role will involve collaborating with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution, client pitches, and business development activities. Some key aspects of your responsibilities will include: - Directly engaging with clients, investors, and other advisors - Creating transaction collaterals such as Information Memorandums, Business Plans, and financial models - Conducting valuation analysis and supporting deal negotiations - Managing due diligence and documentation processes In addition, you will be involved in industry research, company profiling, pitch presentations, outreach to clients and investors, maintaining databases, and participating in industry forums for lead generation and brand building.
