Designation: Associate – Investment Banking.

Gender: Male/Female.

Working days n timings - Mon- Sat / 9:30 - 6:30.

Responsibilities:

Associate – Investment Banking will be responsible for working in Investment Banking department of the

Company. We expect Candidate to be responsible, honest, dedicated and a thorough professional.

Candidate shall also be responsible for:

1. Assisting in valuation of Listed & Unlisted Entities for Transactions (i.e. Mergers & Acquisitions,

Demergers and Slump Sale), Financial Reporting and Regulatory purposes (i.e. Compliance with

Income Tax, FEMA Regulations for Inbound & Outbound Investments, Companies Act).

2. 3. Preparation of detailed Financial / Business Model.

Discussing the preliminary checklist with them and gathered all the information and documents from

the Issuer Company and do due diligence in depth.

4. 5. Assistance for working on Fairness Opinion and transactions like Open Offer under SEBI Guidelines.

Carrying out Due Diligence activities of SME IPOs and drafting of various chapters of Offer

Documents. Drafting of various chapters of Offer Documents independently and shared with the

Clients for their comments and review.

6. Due Diligence in Merchant Banking activities and interacting/co-ordination with the Issuer Company,

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Stock Exchanges and the intermediaries of the Issue

viz. Auditors to the Company/Issue, Legal Advisors, Registrar to the Issue, Bankers to the Issue, etc.

7. 8. Carrying out Financial Due Diligence for various transactions like IPO and M&A Transactions.

Staying up-to-date with various notifications, updates and movements in the financial markets.

Attending seminars, webinars and social events.

9. Assisting in preparation of Newsletter, Investor Pitch Deck and Presentation.

10.Attending meetings and giving presentations.

11. Tracking Competitors activities and providing valuable inputs.

12, Any other role/responsibility (if any) as demanded from the Candidate by the management during

the course of Candidate’s tenure.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: CA-Inter, CA drop-out, Semi-qualified. Candidate who has completed Articleship

would be preferred.

2. Proven work experience in the Consultancy sector like CA Firm or Business Consultancy Firm.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Internet and Hands-on experience with accounting

software or ERP like Tally.

4. Knowledge of corporate law.

5. Professional attitude, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

6. Strong communication skills, proficiency in English language and IT fluency.

7. Travelling for meetings, in case of requirements.

8. Ability to work in Team. Focused & goal driven, Possessing strong work ethics.

9.Research oriented. Ability to be resourceful and proactive.

10. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize

tasks.
