Investment Banking Analyst

2–4 years of investment banking or financial advisory experience

Key Responsibilities

• Build

  financial models from scratch

  (DCF, LBO, merger, and other valuation models)
• Prepare

  pitch decks for capital raising

  (equity + debt)
• Support on

  leveraged buyout (LBO) models

• Process

  lender and investor requests

  during deal execution
• Lead aspects of

  deal due diligence

  , including:
• Project managing the deal
• Managing the dataroom and information flow from sellers
• Coordinating with third-party vendors (e.g., QofE, tech DD providers)

Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years

  of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or related roles
• Strong experience in

  building financial models from scratch

  (not just updating existing ones)
• Prior experience in

  capital raising, due diligence, and transaction execution

• Strong analytical, project management, and client-facing skills
• Candidates with

  Tresvista or similar backgrounds

  are highly preferred
