Investment Banking Analyst / Associate

As an Analyst/Associate at our company, you will be supporting investment banking transactions such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital raising, and strategic advisory. Your role will involve financial analysis, valuation, preparation of client materials, and coordination of deal execution. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain financial models including DCF, LBO, merger models, and comparable valuation. - Conduct thorough industry and company research, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes. - Prepare pitch decks, client presentations, investment memos, and transaction materials. - Support the execution of M&A transactions and capital raising mandates from start to finish. - Assist with and coordinate due diligence by reviewing financials and working with legal, tax, and other advisors. - Analyze financial statements, company performance, and valuation metrics. - Manage data rooms, track deal progress, and maintain internal databases and pipeline reports. - Collaborate closely with senior bankers (VPs/MDs) in preparing strategic recommendations for clients. - Communicate effectively with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders on deliverables and timelines. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output under tight deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Strong financial modeling and valuation capability. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Prior internship/work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial services is preferred.,
