Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless transaction processing (purchase, redemption, switch, SIP registration) promptly and efficiently. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and superior service delivery. Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all mutual fund products offered by the company, including their investment objectives, strategies, risk factors, and performance. Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, regulatory changes (SEBI, AMFI guidelines), and competitor offerings in the mutual fund industry. Provide clients with timely market intelligence and insights to help them make informed investment decisions. Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as product, marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Ensure all client interactions, transactions, and documentation strictly comply with regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI, KYC/AML norms) and internal company policies. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and transaction data in the CRM system. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and client activity summaries to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
