Investigator Grant Specialist

As an Investigator Grant Specialist at Novotech, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of clinical research activities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including routing correspondence, analyzing and assessing SVT setup requirements, creating site SVTs, setting up templates in CTMS, and participating in various departmental activities. Key Responsibilities: - Route correspondence appropriately and ensure timely assignment of queries - Analyze and assess SVT setup requirements based on study types - Create site SVTs based on CTRAs received from CRAs - Setup Master/Site specific SVT templates in CTMS within required timelines - Adhere to company processes and maintain a quality-minded approach in all duties - Participate in Clinical Operations department activities, contribute to process development, and SOPs - Understand Novotech's responsibilities as a service provider in the pharmaceutical industry and uphold a positive professional image in all communications Investigator Grants Activity: - Develop investigator grants using industry standard systems - Review study protocols and collaborate with Project Managers for accurate and timely deliveries - Work on complex projects and provide initial budget estimates as requested - Apply industry standard care concepts in building budget models and address Fair Market Value questions - Communicate with vendors for system-related issues and manage user access to required systems - Track finalized budgets and ensure timely reporting as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a clinical research organization or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field - Experience working in CTMS/Veeva and Grant Plan - Understanding of Subject Visit Tracking in CTMS - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Well-organized, detail-oriented, with demonstrated follow-up skills - Background in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry is preferred Novotech is committed to providing a great workplace environment that promotes gender equality and inclusivity.
