Investigations Specialist

As a Customer Support Executive (Investigation Specialist) at our Pune location, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Conducting extensive web searches, public registry checks, and exploring Company websites in the UAE region. - Collecting and entering data on COS, verifying documents, and delivering reports to clients. - Managing new projects for specific clients and ensuring timely delivery of reports. - Preparing financial statements, assessing the company's financial strength, and handling client queries and emails. - Ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). - Conducting outbound calls to UAE customers/companies to gather data for Business Information Reports. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the Commerce stream. - 1 to 4 years of experience working in multinational BPO/KPO units. - Prior experience in an international functional team. Desired Skills: - Excellent communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. - Intermediate knowledge of financial information of a company. - Customer-centric approach and a results-driven mindset.,
