Inventory & Supply Chain Manager

As an Inventory and Supply Chain Manager, your role involves overseeing various aspects related to the supply chain and inventory control. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing the supply chain to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. - Implementing inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage. - Handling procurement activities and managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Planning production schedules to meet demand and optimize resources. - Organizing logistics and distribution processes to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers. - Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to monitor and improve supply chain performance. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or tea/food & beverage industry. - A strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and inventory control systems. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools. - Knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP is a plus.,
