Job Description

Officer - Inventory

Preferred immediate joiner

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible from Gate in to Gate out of all materials upto destination.
Update and Maintain inventory records.
Enable Control to keep the inventory sorted, scanned and organised.
Responsible to track materials that come into the store and materials left behind by using records within an organized system.
Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
Responsible to monitor & fill the staging inventory materials in location/
Responsible to make physical validation for minimum 5 line items for a week in location. Responsible to collect the return Challan for Sub - con, Vendor scrap in every fortnight & to follow invoice completion.
Responsible for Scrap clearance from Plant.
Reconcile physical counts and computer records, identify discrepancies, and investigate or report as required.
Analyze the Slow moving, Dead stocks & keep posting the item details to Central planning in every fortnight.
Get stock dilution plan from Central planning & clear the goods as per dilution plan.
Responsible for maintaining stock records for external vendor material handling items.
Responsible to reduce the loading, unloading & documentation time.
Follow up with Purchase for RTV & Post RTV goods clearance.
Responsible to close the Stock Audit reports with supporting records.
