Job Description

Position

Role Overview:

Store Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain accurate records of
inward and outward material movements
in SAP.
Perform
stock reconciliation
and ensure minimum stock level is maintained.
Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory.

SAP Operations:

Create and manage
GRN
in SAP for all received materials.
Update stock levels, issue slips, and movement details regularly.
Generate stock and consumption reports through SAP.

Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare
E-way bills
for outward dispatches and coordinate with logistics for smooth material movement.
Maintain documentation related to raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements in stock handling.

Coordination:

Work closely with
production, purchase, and dispatch teams
for material planning.
Coordinate with finance for material reconciliation and vendor documentation.
Report any material discrepancies or damages to the concerned department immediately.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in
SAP (MM module preferred)
Knowledge of
GRN, inventory control, and E-way bill preparation
Strong understanding of
chemical industry stores operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
