Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Executive to join our fast-growing team at Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer and supplier of pulses and grains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, managing product entries, ensuring smooth warehouse coordination, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage daily stock levels of all SKUs (Dal, Grains, etc.)
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely inventory restocking
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing stock (raw and finished goods)
• Minimize stock wastage and optimize warehouse space
• Use inventory software or Excel to maintain up-to-date data
• Conduct regular physical stock audits
• Ensure quality and packaging standards are met before dispatch
• Collaborate with delivery and logistics teams

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management software (Zoho, Tally, or similar)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Basic math and data entry accuracy
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com / BBA / MBA / Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Prior experience in FMCG, grains, or warehouse environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
