Inventory Intern

As an Inventory Intern at our company in Indore, your role will involve monitoring and updating inventory records regularly. You will assist in tracking stock levels, movements, and replenishments while ensuring accuracy through periodic stock counts and audits. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you enter inventory data into the management system with precision. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing inventory reports and summaries for internal use, identifying discrepancies, and reporting issues to the supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain smooth inventory operations. - Support in optimizing storage layout and organization. - Assist in implementing inventory management best practices. - Suggest improvements to inventory processes and workflows. - Participate in initiatives to reduce inventory waste and manage excess stock. Qualification Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software. - Basic understanding of inventory control processes is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
