Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking stock in/out (hair systems, extensions, toppers, accessories).
Update and maintain inventory records in Google Sheets / software systems.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Help in organizing and labeling stock for easy access.
Support the inventory manager with order fulfillment & allocation.
Generate daily/weekly reports on stock levels and usage.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for inventory requirements.

What You’ll Learn

Inventory management systems and processes used in premium retail.
How to maintain accuracy and efficiency in stock handling.
Exposure to demand forecasting and supply planning.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

Pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable with numbers and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented and proactive learner.
Interest in operations & supply chain within the beauty industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
