Job Description

As an Inventory & Dispatch Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory records, coordinating dispatches, handling logistics, and ensuring on-time deliveries to customers. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to maintaining a smooth operational flow will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules according to customer orders. - Ensure accurate and timely packing, labeling, and shipping of all orders. - Coordinate effectively with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless dispatch flow. - Track deliveries and ensure proper recording of proof of delivery (POD). - Communicate proactively with customers to provide dispatch and delivery updates. - Handle order-related queries, delays, or special delivery requests in a professional manner. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and reliable service. - Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - Collaborate with transporters, courier services, and third-party logistics partners for efficient logistics management. - Monitor delivery timelines and take corrective action in case of transit delays. - Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and documentation standards. - Maintain accurate stock records in software or ERP systems. - Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits. - Reconcile stock discrepancies between system and physical records. - Generate inventory and dispatch reports for management review. - Identify operational gaps in dispatch and inventory processes. - Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Assist in developing SOPs for dispatch and logistics in collaboration with management. - Track performance metrics to minimize errors and optimize turnaround time. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software. - Capable of handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
