Job Description

Inventory Management:

1. Stock Checking and review.

2. Maintaining Inventory Levels.

3. Co-ordinating with production team for Inventory.

4. To ensure the proper quality check of fabric once received from suppliers and production house.

5. To review the daily consumable stocks on regular basis and order the same in case of any requirement.

6. Inventory Management in ERP. Ensure proper posting of entries related to Purchase, Production, etc.

Dispatch:

1. Review of orders and working on packing list for the same.

2. Review of no stock ordered items and arrange the same with co-ordinating with internal team, Suppliers and Production team.

3. Monitoring Day-to-Day activities related to dispatch.

4. Co-ordination with courier and transport supplier for smooth and same day dispatch.

5. Preparation of dockets and LRs for each and every goods dispatched.
