Inventory Control Analyst 1

Job Description

Job Summary: 1. Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods. 2. Handle shipments and inventory transactions with utmost accuracy. 3. Communicate with customers effectively to solve problems and address requests. 4. Implement inventory and material control mechanisms, manage accounting and supply reports. 5. Oversee daily warehouse activities including labor scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment. 6. Maintain 100% accuracy of Material Master as per department parameters. 7. Conduct system vs physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory level. 8. Develop and monitor procedures for safety, security and cleanliness of warehouse environment and all goods. 9. Prepare various MIS reports such as daily material receipt, issue, dispatches, etc. 10. Retrieve customer orders, prepare for shipment and handle shipping documents. 11. Track and follow up on urgently needed imported materials. 12. Maintain records of incoming goods, Goods Received Note (GRN), binning and labeling activities. 13. Must have expertise in MS Excel and other computer skills. 14. Experience in using ERP/Interface tools is necessary. 15. Prior industrial experience in Material handling and Inventory management is required. 16. Applicants should be Graduates/Diploma holders. 17. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management. 18. Candidates from EMS/automotive industries are preferred due to the nature of lab handling involved in the job.
