Position: Inventory & Catalogue Manager Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad (Full-time, On-site only) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in fashion e-commerce Are you detail-oriented and experienced in managing inventory and product listings on fashion e-commerce platforms? Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory/catalogue management for a fashion ecommerce company or brand Familiarity with managing listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio , and Shopify/WooCommerce Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets , and basic inventory management software Ability to handle SKU creation, stock updates, and order tracking Experience in coordinating with warehouse, design, and operations teams Must be organized, proactive, and a problem-solver Must be able to join immediately Part-timers and remote workers please excuse Job Responsibilities: Upload and manage product listings across all platforms (titles, descriptions, pricing, images) Maintain accurate inventory counts across platforms and internal systems Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with production team Ensure product listings are optimized for search (SEO) and visibility Handle order dispatch updates, returns coordination, and stock reconciliations Work with designers, warehouse team, and marketing to ensure smooth operations Generate regular inventory and sales reports for management review Assist in maintaining catalog consistency (sizes, styles, colors, codes) Why Join Vinnexa?
