Role & responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune Planning, Architecting and Deployment
• Must have designed and implemented Microsoft Intune, SCCM / MECM solutions for software deployment, device management, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management and security compliance
• Must have experience in preparing transformation deliverables such as assessment summary, design documents (HLD, LLD), BOM, SOPs etc.
• Must have hands-on experience with Intune Autopilot for provisioning and deployment of Windows devices
• Must have good communication skills with representing the organization to customers
• Developing strong and transparent working relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver expected customer and business results
• Must have demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results through engineering or professional services
• Must have experience in leading a transformation team in assessing the infrastructure, designing the solution, deployment and hypercare support
• Must have experience working with customers providing regular updates, troubleshooting deployment and configuration issues
• Have expertise in designing tools like Visio for planning and architecture
• Have expertise in coding and executing PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposes
• Must have experience in Microsoft solutions including M365, AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect
• Must have experience with application packaging and deployment using Intune
• Keep track of the emerging technologies in the market and should be updated with the market trends in endpoint management
• Should be aware of the ancillary solutions for Intune such as monitoring tools, SIEM, Auditing & Reporting tools
• Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation
• Microsoft Intune technical competency: Possess a broad knowledgebase of Intune technical architecture
• Have ability to plan a delivery model and resourcing structure for the various technologies mentioned above
• Managing the hardware, software, policies and procedures needed to secure and manage laptops, workstations, and mobile devices
• Have experience with security definitions and solutions in the market which would be required for architecting the solution
• Must have knowledge on ITSM process
• Should be aware of Disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for an architecture along with BCP

Preferred candidate profile

• Microsoft Certifications (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Security)
• Min ITIL v3 Foundation certified
• Any other allied courses certification
