Profile: Intune Architect Experience: 10+ Yrs. of Relevant experience Role & responsibilities 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune Planning, Architecting and Deployment Must have designed and implemented Microsoft Intune, SCCM / MECM solutions for software deployment, device management, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management and security compliance Must have experience in preparing transformation deliverables such as assessment summary, design documents (HLD, LLD), BOM, SOPs etc. Must have hands-on experience with Intune Autopilot for provisioning and deployment of Windows devices Must have good communication skills with representing the organization to customers Developing strong and transparent working relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver expected customer and business results Must have demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results through engineering or professional services Must have experience in leading a transformation team in assessing the infrastructure, designing the solution, deployment and hypercare support Must have experience working with customers providing regular updates, troubleshooting deployment and configuration issues Have expertise in designing tools like Visio for planning and architecture Have expertise in coding and executing PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposes Must have experience in Microsoft solutions including M365, AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect Must have experience with application packaging and deployment using Intune Keep track of the emerging technologies in the market and should be updated with the market trends in endpoint management Should be aware of the ancillary solutions for Intune such as monitoring tools, SIEM, Auditing & Reporting tools Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation Microsoft Intune technical competency: Possess a broad knowledgebase of Intune technical architecture Have ability to plan a delivery model and resourcing structure for the various technologies mentioned above Managing the hardware, software, policies and procedures needed to secure and manage laptops, workstations, and mobile devices Have experience with security definitions and solutions in the market which would be required for architecting the solution Must have knowledge on ITSM process Should be aware of Disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for an architecture along with BCP Preferred candidate profile Microsoft Certifications (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Security) Min ITIL v3 Foundation certified Any other allied courses certification
