Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an Intune Administrator, with a strong understanding of mobile device management concepts and practices. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune features, capabilities, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services. Familiarity with modern management concepts, including Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and co-management with Configuration Manager. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Intune certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and customization tasks in Intune.
