About the Role

International Voice Support Experts

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for international travel customers
  • Assist with

    flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds

  • Follow call scripts, SOPs & compliance guidelines
  • Deliver accurate information with high customer satisfaction
  • Achieve defined KPIs: AHT, CSAT, Quality, and First Call Resolution
  • Maintain data confidentiality & adhere to global service standards
  • Coordinate with team leads & SMEs for escalations and case closures
