Key Responsibilities
Works with employees or job seekers.
Gives basic guidance on interview expectations.
Conduct one-on-one mock interviews for job seekers across different industries.
Screens candidates and prepares them for client interviews.
Provide personalized feedback on communication, body language, and answer structuring.
Coach candidates on STAR/competency-based interview techniques.
Conducts training sessions on communication skills, interview etiquette, and presentation skills.
Help candidates prepare responses for role-specific interview tips, insights and behavioral questions.
Track candidate progress and maintain session reports.
Designs training programs including interview preparation modules.
Develop training materials, interview guides, and practice worksheets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment trends.
Experience in HR, training, recruitment, or career counseling.
Ability to provide constructive feedback professionally.
Experience: Minimum 5 - 12 years.
Work Timings: 9:30 am to till 6:30 pm IST.
No of open positions - 2 resources.
