Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets. Speak to previous clients and book them 6 – 8 months in advance. Work with the lead generation team and create a database per project. Speak to speakers and get their referrals booked. Work on LinkedIn to engage with the clients. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers. Advise clients on creating profitable processes. Candidate Specification: Confident, articulate and driven to succeed. Strong work ethic Determined, resilient and self-motivated. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Required Skills: Minimum of 4 years’ experience within Delegate Sales or International Sales. Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base.
