Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Form site registration links for events.
• Process new delegate registrations received through the registration inbox.
• Make sure outstanding contracts are signed on time by following up with sponsors.
• Update Sponsor Tier Sheets and record completed sponsorship agreements on the Sales board.
• Update internal trackers: Payment Sheet, Salesboard, and Revenue Board with accurate transaction data. Monitor Accounts Board and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.

Candidate Specification:

• Confident, articulate and driven to succeed.
• Strong work ethic
• Determined, resilient and self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years in a sales coordination, event administration, or finance support role.
• Experience in B2B events, sponsorship sales, or service-based industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines, invoicing systems, and payment tracking is advantageous.
