About the Internship:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Interns to join our outbound call center team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects in the USA, qualifying leads, and helping our sales team by scheduling appointments or transferring calls. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build their career in sales, telemarketing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
Follow defined scripts and pitching techniques to generate leads.
Qualify prospects as per campaign criteria.
Record and update call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Handle rejections with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
Communicate clearly and confidently in English.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
Age should be within 18 to 25 years.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working night shifts (USA time zone).
Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in CRM tools (preferred).
