The team has to work together to deliver a planned net sales figure in the quarter – profitably & sustainably
· Agree with the Head of Organized Trade on what should be the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each member of the team as well as the channels that help deliver the above objective
· Measure the KPIs on a regular basis & highlight any hits/ misses
· Create a dashboard & display to the team to show their progress to enable them to achieve their KPIs & earn their incentives. Understand their motives & need gaps to help them.
Daily 1 hour of tracking work (90% online, remaining in select Modern trade stores in Mumbai)
Weekly meets at HO to showcase progress or conduct meets with the team
