Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance. Roles & Responsibilities (Depending on Department Assigned): ✅ Sales & Marketing: Support field or digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with potential leads and partners. Assist in on-ground promotional activities and campaigns. ✅ HR & Recruitment: Screen and schedule candidates. Assist in database management and onboarding. Coordinate interviews and maintain hiring dashboards. ✅ Operations & Strategy: Complete specific real estate onboarding, research, or expansion tasks. Analyze performance data and report outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize efficiency. ✅ Creative & Digital: Assist in social media planning, SEO, or branding. Create or support content for campaigns. Help with UI/UX or marketing automation tasks (if applicable). Who Can Apply? Final year students or freshers looking for real-world exposure . Must be able to commit to 4 hours daily (10 AM to 2 PM). Highly motivated, responsible, and task-driven . Strong communication and execution skills. Residents of Hyderabad preferred.
