Key Responsibilities

• Study and document existing factory processes related to production, stores, and sales.

• Analyze how current ERP modules are being used and identify gaps or inefficiencies.

• Clean and organize ERP data (item codes, BOMs, vendor, and customer data).

• Standardize reporting formats and build dashboards (Excel / Power BI / ERP reports).

• Assist in automating repetitive data-entry or reporting tasks.

• Coordinate with team members to improve ERP adoption and train users.

• Suggest workflow or module improvements based on analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Students pursuing B.Tech / B.E. (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Computer Science, or Information Systems)

or

MBA (Operations / Systems / Business Analytics).

• Understanding of ERP systems (Tally, Zoho, ERPNext, SAP, or similar).

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; Power BI or SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Interest in factory operations, digital process improvement, and data management.
