Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months (Full-time, Office Internship)

About the Internship

We are offering a unique internship opportunity for a proactive and dynamic individual who will work closely with Top Management on business growth, strategic projects, and process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who loves strategic thinking, creative idea generation, documentation, and presentation design, while gaining hands-on exposure to top-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Top Management on business growth strategies and innovative ideas.
• Prepare professional documents, reports, and proposals using MS Word, Excel & Canva.
• Design impactful presentations and visuals in PowerPoint and Canva.
• Support in process analysis and propose improvements for system efficiency.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, and data compilation for strategic projects.
• Maintain structured documentation and ensure accuracy across reports.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Excellent documentation, proposal writing, and reporting skills.
• Effective English communication (spoken & written).
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous system improvement.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from leadership.
