Hiring: Intern (Customer Management Executive)

Datagrid Labs Pvt. Ltd. functions as the extended back office of our parent company, Al Safwan Marine, Sharjah (UAE).
With a team of 50+ skilled professionals, we handle core operational and administrative functions including HR, Finance, Project Coordination, Design & Estimation, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Management.

Al Safwan Marine is a leading and fast-growing marine safety service provider, specializing in Lifeboat Inspection, Fire Fighting Appliances, Liferafts, Automation, Load Testing, and Safety Equipment Supply.

Internship Overview

We are hiring interns to support our Customer Management Executives (CME) at Datagrid Labs.
The role is similar to the CME profile but focused only on assisting tasks, not handling the complete responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CME team with daily coordination and follow-up tasks.
• Support in preparing basic documentation, reports, and client updates.
• Help maintain client records and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates and information collection.
• Perform general administrative and support activities as required.

Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
