Key Responsibilities

1. AI Culture Evangelism:

• Promote adoption of AI-first mindset within the organization.
• Identify automation opportunities and present AI-driven solutions.

1. AI Product Development:

• Build AI agents, bots, GPTs/GEMs, Super Agents, and custom AI workflows.
• Explore and implement AI-based CRM and Web Portals using

  No-Code platforms

  .

1. No-Code AI Innovation:

• Develop prototypes and tools using No-Code AI technologies.
• Create lightweight internal AI products that improve efficiency and productivity.

1. Training & Enablement:

• Conduct training sessions for coworkers on basics of AI tools.
• Develop guides/playbooks for non-technical team members.
  

Desired Skills

• Strong interest in

  Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Automation

  .
• Familiarity with

  No-Code platforms

  (Zapier, Bubble, Airtable, Notion AI, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of

  Python, APIs, or AI model integrations

  (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good communication skills to explain AI concepts simply.
• Problem-solving and innovative mindset.
• Must be able to work independently.
