Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international customers (US/UK markets).
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Handle objections, close sales, and drive revenue.
  • Maintain excellent customer communication and long-term relationships.
  • Optimize sales strategies using available data and leads.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 5 years of sales experience (International Voice preferred).
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to work night shifts with flexible offs.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
