  • Work collaboratively with team members and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.

Eligibility:

  • Any graduate / undergraduate can apply.
  • 02 years of experience in international voice / customer service.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
