As a Process Associate at HCL Tech in the International Voice Process for a renowned banking sector, your main role will involve handling inbound calls with a focus on customer service. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls in a professional manner without involvement in sales, upselling, or cross-selling activities. - Utilize your finance background, preferably as a B.Com or MBA (Finance) graduate, to effectively address customer inquiries. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure clear and efficient interaction with customers. - Be willing to work night shifts and showcase PC literacy, especially in MS Office applications. - Utilize strong negotiation skills and exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Maintain fluency in English, both written and verbal, and be driven by results and targets. - Stay self-motivated, eager to learn new skills, and committed to personal and professional development. - Display good listening skills, the ability to work well in a team, and the initiative to work independently. - Adapt to changing environments, be flexible with working patterns, and excel in customer care.
