Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls to international customers and pitch products or services effectively.
Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
Update CRM systems and ensure proper documentation of interactions.
Collaborate with team leads and managers to optimize performance.
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum
6 months of experience in sales
(B2C or B2B, any industry).
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English.
Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments.
Willingness to work
night shifts and graveyard shifts
.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in an
international voice process
is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools or outbound dialing systems.
Ability to adapt to diverse customer cultures and communication styles.
