Hot Vacancy Walk-In Interview | International Voice Process – Customer Support (Consultant/Sr. Consultant)

International Voice – Customer Support

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain call quality standards, compliance, and process accuracy.
Document interactions effectively in the system.
Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory – Minimum 6 months to 3 years of International Voice Process experience
.
Excellent
spoken English
with strong communication & soft skills.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts, including night shifts
.
Good customer-handling skills and willingness to take ownership of queries.
Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.
