We are looking for experienced International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in an international voice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad
Immediate to short notice period preferred
Should have only customer support experience
