Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and goal-driven International Voice Agents to join our outbound sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to international customers, pitching products/services, and converting leads into sales via phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective international customers (B2C/B2B). Promote and sell products or services as per campaign requirements. Follow up on leads and maintain client/customer relationships. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Record call details and update CRM with accurate information. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals. Adhere to compliance and quality standards throughout the sales process. Key Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral/accented). Prior experience in international voice process (preferred). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Willingness to work night shifts. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. High energy and positive attitude.
