Job Description

Job Summary:We are hiring for the position of B2B Outbound Voice Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to business clients, pitching products or services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective business clients. Pitch products/services tailored to client needs and industry. Generate leads and build a qualified pipeline for the sales team. Set up appointments and follow-up calls with decision-makers. Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database systems. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle initial objections professionally and escalate complex queries if required. Work closely with the business development and marketing teams. Key Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B outbound calling (preferred). Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation techniques. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking tools. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Sales background preferred). Knowledge of the industry/product being pitched (optional but beneficial). Strong analytical and follow-up skills.
