Upon successful completion, employees will be confirmed on rolls with the full CTC package. 📞 Role Overview As an International Telecaller, you will interact with international customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote services, handle inquiries, and achieve sales targets. Present products/services clearly and manage objections effectively. Build rapport and identify customer needs to provide suitable solutions. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers. Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions. Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet business goals.
