Job Description

Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions via voice (inbound/outbound). Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions. Understand and resolve customer issues within given timelines. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies. Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary. Meet process KPIs including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral/accent preferred). Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience. Prior experience in international BPO/voice process is an added advantage. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
