Assist in the development of customer service procedures and policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
