Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Customer Support representative located in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries via phone, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with other departments. The role may also involve assisting with sales, addressing financial queries, and using analytical skills to improve customer satisfaction.
