• Minimum

  1 year International Voice experience

• Technical troubleshooting experience preferred
  
• Undergraduates with relevant exp eligible
  

Responsibilities:

• Inbound technical support calls
  
• Wi-Fi, modem, router & connectivity troubleshooting
  
• Device setup & configuration
  
• Documentation & KPI adherence (AHT, CSAT, Quality)
  

Benefits:

• 5 Days working | 2 rotational week-offs
  
• 2-way cab (30 KM radius)
  
• 4,500 allowance if cab not opted (Men)

Voice (Banking)

Fraud Analyst – Blended

• Experience: 1+ year Banking Voice
  
• CTC: 6–6.5 LPA
  
• Excellent communication mandatory
  

Non-Voice

• CTC: 5 LPA + 20K joining bonus
  
• 6-month contract
  
• EPFO clear & Graduation mandatory
  
• Cap One rejects can be considered
  
• No candidates pursuing UG / PG
