Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Home after Training)

About the Role

Grace Staffing Services is hiring Customer Service Executives for Green Dot, a leading Fintech Platform, to handle voice-based customer support for US clients. This role offers excellent exposure to the international fintech domain and an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Work Model

• Initial 6 weeks of training will be conducted from office.
• After successful completion of training, the role will transition to Work from Home.
• Transportation will be provided during the training period as per the below boundary limits:

Churchgate to Mira Road | CST to Mulund | Bandra to Borivali | Vashi to GTB Nagar

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: HSC with 6 months of BPO experience in a voice-based customer service role (mandatory).
• Graduates (freshers) are also eligible to apply. ( All Semester Marksheet req)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Willingness to work US rotational night shifts.
• Must be comfortable with 6 weeks of office-based training.
• Immediate joiners only (no active notice period).
• Must have all relevant documents: Offer letters, Bank Statement ,Experience letters, and Salary slips from previous employers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
