International Voice - Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)

You will be hired as a Customer Service Executive for Green Dot, a leading Fintech Platform, to provide voice-based customer support to US clients. This role will give you exposure to the international fintech domain and a chance to progress in a fast-paced, professional setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle voice-based customer support for US clients on the Green Dot fintech platform. - Work effectively in a target-driven environment. - Attend a 6-week office-based training. - Undergo mandatory drug testing as part of the hiring process. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum qualification required is HSC with 6 months of experience in a voice-based customer service role in an international BPO. - Graduates (freshers) are also eligible to apply, with all semester marksheets required. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to work in US rotational night shifts. - Immediate joiners preferred with all necessary documents from previous employers. - Strong Background Verification (BGV) and valid UAN history are mandatory. - Candidates with non-PF experience will not be considered.
