International Voice / Blended Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound customer calls and chats

    as per process requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries with

    empathy and professionalism

    .
  • Meet defined

    quality and performance targets

    (e.g., AHT, CSAT, FCR).
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to

    process compliance and guidelines

    .

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    in English.
  • A

    customer-first attitude

    .
  • Good

    problem-solving and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Basic

    computer and MS Office knowledge

    .
  • Excellent spoken English and the ability to handle global customers.
  • Willingness to work in

    rotational shifts and night shifts

    (5 Days working, 2 Days OFF).

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum

    HSC (12th pass)

    or

    Graduate in any discipline
