Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali for an International Voice and Non-Voice Associate. The role involves engaging with customers using both voice (calls) and non-voice (chat, email, etc.) channels. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, handling financial or sales transactions, and offering exceptional service to meet clients' expectations. Associates will be responsible for maintaining professional communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company service policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with customers effectively across various platforms
• Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to meet targets and promote products or services
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with flexibility and adaptability
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications or relevant training will be an advantage
