Job Description

International Voice and Non-Voice Process (For Noida) Customer Support Executive Location - Noida, Sector 135 Work From Office Preferred candidate profile - Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply. Experienced candidates can only apply for this post. Must have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sector with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months salary slip. Must have excellent command in English spoken & written. Working Schedule: 5 days working and 2 days rotational off. Rotational Shift Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break. Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.
