What You’ll Do

• Mentor students through every stage of the admissions journey — profile building, essays, interviews, and strategy.
• Develop creative and personalized profile strategies to help students stand out.
• Advise on academic planning, standardized testing, and extracurricular pursuits.
• Ideate and oversee independent projects, research, or community initiatives.
• Track student progress, provide actionable feedback, and ensure successful admissions outcomes.
• Lead with empathy, strategy, and accountability to deliver measurable student success.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university (India or abroad).

• 3+ years of experience

  in education, mentoring, or admissions consulting.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and client management skills.
• Deep understanding of global undergraduate admissions (US/UK/Canada preferred).
• Passion for education and mentoring young minds.
